Bailey Fisher welcomes Ludo Chapman as Chair

We are delighted to welcome Ludo Chapman as our new Non-Executive Chair. 

Ludo brings a wealth of experience in driving business growth and fostering innovation, as a Founder, CEO and Chair/NED.  Ludo currently runs the Innovation Practice, and has over 35 years’ business experience ranging from launching and leading start-ups to running a medium-sized business. Ludo started his career setting up a software training company, before becoming CEO of a scientific instrumentation business, Grant Instruments.  More recently, he has assisted technology start-ups in attracting funding and leading product launches, and sits on the board of several high-growth companies.

Bailey Fisher has a 25-year track record connecting ambitious companies with the high-calibre executives required to achieve their growth potential. The appointment of Ludo Chapman reinforces Bailey Fisher’s commitment to excellence and its strategic vision for the future.

Ludo takes over from the retiring Non-Executive Chair, Andy Swarbrick who served on the board of Bailey Fisher since 2014.  Andrew Moore, Managing Partner of Bailey Fisher said “I’d like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Andy Swarbrick, our retiring Chairman, for his invaluable advice and guidance as we’ve grown the business over the past 10 years.
