Ludo Chapman

Ludo was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Bailey Fisher in 2024.  

He brings a wealth of experience in driving business growth and fostering innovation, as a Founder, CEO and Chair/NED. Ludo currently runs the Innovation Practice, assisting leadership teams in overcoming their strategic challenges. He has over 35 years’ business experience ranging from launching and leading start-ups to running a medium-sized business.

Ludo started his career setting up a software training company, before becoming CEO of a scientific instrument business, Grant Instruments. More recently, he has assisted technology start-ups in attracting funding, leading product launches and setting up sales channels in both B2B and B2C markets. He sits on the board of several high-growth companies.
