The digital journey in a family run manufacturing business - 20/11/18

Bailey Fisher was pleased to host a Leadership Dinner alongside Santander and Saffery Champness on 20 November, with guest speaker Will Bridgman, Chairman of Warren Services, who spoke about the impact of technology and digital innovation in a family owned manufacturing business.

Highlights included:

  • The impact of hiring talent focused on the future rather than replacing like-for-like skills
  • The idea that there is a digital business in every business

Discussion around the table made reference to smaller companies having the agility to embrace change and grow even in uncertain times.

The dinner was attended by leaders of family owned businesses from across the Eastern region.

We would like to thank Will as guest speaker, and also Charlotte Horobin from EEF.

If you are a leader of a privately-owned, PE backed or AIM listed manufacturing or engineering business interested in finding out more about future Leadership Dinners, please contact Andrew Moore or Kerry Linsey at Bailey Fisher Executive Search.
