BIOVIA, formerly known as Accelrys (NASDAQ:ACCL), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, and is considered the leading provider of scientific innovation lifecycle management software for industries and organisations that rely on scientific innovation to differentiate themselves.

Bailey Fisher Executive Search was engaged to manage the search for a VP Sales EMEA for BIOVIA, a key sales leadership role with significant influence upon BIOVIA’s growth strategy as part of the BIOVIA global management team.

The successful candidate, Jean-Benoit Nonque, is an experienced enterprise software sales leader, based in France. Jean-Benoit has 12+ years building, managing and growing worldwide sales teams and partnership programmes in the European technology market.

The successful candidate, Simon Glassman is a senior business and corporate development professional with 25 years’ international experience in blue chip technology companies. Prior to joining u-blox, Simon held senior roles at Nasdaq-listed Numerex, and TomTom.
