Impact of diverse teams

Research shows that inclusive, gender diverse teams outperform homogeneous teams, demonstrating superior team dynamics and productivity as well as improving financial performance. The benefits are particularly evident when women occupy a significant proportion of top executive positions. Bailey Fisher is collaborating with Professor Barbara Sahakian, Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Cambridge on a unique research project examining cognitive and environmental factors influencing company founders and CEOs in pursuing their roles. Professor Sahakian will launch the research at this event. We are also delighted to welcome Poppy Gustafsson (CEO EMEA for Darktrace) and Simon Thorpe (UKBAA Business Angel of the Year 2016/17) who will be sharing insight into the impact of diverse teams.
