A Director in Bailey Fisher’s Technology Practice, John is responsible for delivering global searches for ambitious technology companies from venture backed high-growth businesses to corporates looking to innovate. John focuses particularly on searches for Seed and Series A businesses looking to appoint commercially minded leaders to drive growth.  John specialises in working with Deep Tech businesses at the forefront of AI and Machine Learning on CEO, C-level and VP searches.

John joined Bailey Fisher in 2016 as a Technology Researcher, and was promoted to Associate, before becoming a member of the management team and the youngest Director in the firm’s 20-year history. Having specialised recently in Research, across a range of technologies, markets and investments, he has an in-depth and up to date understanding of the technology sector and candidate market globally.

John co-hosts Bailey Fisher’s series of peer-to-peer Leadership Dinners focusing on knowledge sharing and thought leadership for CEOs and other C-level executives from growth technology companies.  Recent guest speakers have included Shirin Dehghan, Senior Partner at Frog Capital & former Founder/CEO of Arieso; John Snynder, Founder/CEO of Grapeshot (acquired by Oracle); and serial entrepreneur William Reeve, (; Secret Escapes).

With 5 years’ experience in executive search and senior recruitment, John previously specialised in IT & Communications, focusing on the UK & European markets.
