Bailey Fisher is an independent retained executive search firm established in 1998.

The company was founded by Paul Bailey and Ann Fisher to provide senior management and board level executive search and selection services to the high-growth technology sector.

We are often engaged by clients on multiple searches, building the board and senior management teams for companies ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to public companies across a broad range of technology sectors.
