Bailey Fisher Executive Search is delighted to be assisting Norwich Research Park with the search for a Business Development and Enterprise Support Director.

Norwich Research Park is a world-leading location for research, innovation and business. The academic partners and companies on the park are working together to deliver bioscience solutions to global challenges in food, health, life and the environment.

A unique cluster of world-class research institutions, the Norwich Research Park is home to the John Innes Centre, The Sainsbury Laboratory, The Genome Analysis Centre, Institute of Food Research, University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and more than 40 businesses.   The dynamic environment offers expertise and opportunities for businesses at all stages to accelerate research, escalate growth and stay at the cutting edge of innovation.

At the heart of innovation and enterprise at the 230 hectare Park is the new £11.5M Centrum building, opened in July 2014 by George Freeman, MP, Minister for Life Sciences.

Bailey Fisher Executive Search has been retained to manage the search for a Business Development and Enterprise Support Director for Norwich Research Park, to work closely with all groups involved in research, technology transfer and business development on the Park, building strategic relationships with and between these organisations, and targeting organisations both nationally and internationally.  The aim of the role is to encourage the creation of new start-ups, support the growth of existing companies and promote the cluster to boost inward investment and deliver economic growth.
